About Amiel Jelinek
Located in Waterdown, Ontario, Amiel supports residential, commercial and real estate investors across Ontario and Canada.
In addition to his Mortgage Broker licence, Amiel has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and after over six years as a Mechanical Engineer, Amiel now holds a non-practicing Professional Engineers licence with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
Over the last ten years as a Mortgage Broker, Amiel quickly earned his place as a top performer and is recognized as an exceptional leader in the Canadian mortgage industry because of his depth of knowledge and experience.
Amiel has extensive experience in:
- educating first time home buyers so they can confidently navigate the complex experience of buying their first home
- residential and commercial purchases, as well as refinances
- navigating tough and complex deals such as large portfolio investing, self-employed income, poor credit and equity lending
- building wealth strategies for his private investing clients
As an active real estate investor for over 10 years, Amiel has both a personal and professional understanding of how to be successful when investing in real estate, which he shares with his investor clients. His first-hand knowledge on how to fund a single-family rental property through to large multifamily and commercial projects provides Amiel with a unique set of experiences and personal knowledge that he brings to every investment project. Amiel has also spent a lot of time helping clients get into homeownership through the rent-to-own program.
Amiel understands what it takes to make homeownership a reality and prides himself on providing his clients with personal and prompt service.

Jennifer Fedrigo – Office Administrator
With previous experience in a fast paced law office, Jennifer is the perfect person to manage the inner workings of the Amiel’s team. Jennifer joined the team in 2017 and has since implemented systems and processes to make every mortgage experience a positive one.
Jennifer is your go to team member to schedule appointments and get any general questions answered.
Inna Brown – Senior Underwriter (Mat Leave)
Inna joined Amiel in 2019 with a strong underwriting background; a mortgage agent licence; and a B.B.A specializing in Finance with honours.
In a senior position, she now leads the underwriting team determined to provide professional; ethical; and honest advice with a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
With a “can-do” attitude, she is able to find and provide innovative financing solutions, creating the perfect fit for you and your family.
Jamie Belbeck – Underwriter
Jamie joined Amiel’s team at the end of 2020 and comes with a diverse background bringing a great deal of enthusiasm to the team. Jamie is a licenced mortgage agent and brings her exceptional customer service skills to each and every mortgage she works on.
